We had the best experience and will be using them annually. They removed stains from our couch that we didn’t think would ever come out ( impressive given we have anxious dog and two small kids). They were fast and came the next day and were so easy to work with.

Will certainly be a repeat customer. I called-- great rates-- they had an appointment available the following week. The man that came was so nice. I have an XL lazy dog that doesn't even get up when people come over. I forgot to mention the dog (his size can be startling), but they were buddies within minutes. Surprisingly happy with the service, I live on the third floor in a three-flat on a busy street. It was no issue, and my two carpets + rug look so nice!! I didn't even really need one of the carpets cleaned bc it was just installed last year, but figured I might as well-- I may have been wrong bc even the new carpet in a low-traffic area was noticeably cleaner.
